Maximizing price is less about which site and more about what feeds all of them, accurate photos, an accurate floor plan and a listing price set against real comparable sales rather than a round number or an online estimate that cannot see your improvements. A weak listing on every platform still underperforms a strong one, and seller closing costs of 4 to 6 percent apply regardless of where the buyer found it.
A social and direct-outreach layer on top of MLS® syndication, reaching a representative's own buyer network before the listing goes fully public, can also matter in the first week or two, when a listing typically gets its highest attention from serious buyers.
