What is the 467-m tax incentive program?

There is no 467-m program in Saskatchewan. That designation belongs to a property tax abatement structure used in a different country's tax code, and Saskatoon has no equivalent multi-year development incentive tied to that name, so a notice or advertisement referencing it does not apply to a Saskatoon property.

Saskatchewan's actual relief mechanism runs through the assessment system instead. Residential property is taxed on 80 percent of assessed value city-wide, set by the province, and a specific owner's recourse for a wrong number is an appeal to the City of Saskatoon's Board of Revision, not an application to a tax abatement program.

Development-driven tax incentives do exist in some Canadian municipalities in other forms, but they are decided locally by each city council rather than under a name imported from elsewhere, so the right question for a Saskatoon property is what City of Saskatoon council itself has approved, not what a foreign program offers.

If a program name in something you read does not match anything the City of Saskatoon administers, it is very likely describing a different jurisdiction entirely.
