Showing feedback matters more than the calendar. If buyers are viewing the home and not making offers, that usually points to price or presentation, while very few showings at all usually points to marketing reach or the listing not being seen.
This is also when it is worth revisiting the comparable sales used to set the original price, since new sales close every month and 1.63 months of supply on the board today may already look different than it did when you listed.
