Pricing, marketing, showings, and negotiating the offer all become the seller's job without an agent. That includes knowing the Saskatchewan REALTORS Association's current benchmark of $444,700 well enough to price against it, and being available to show the home and respond to offers on a buyer's schedule, not a listed one.
