It cannot walk a specific home, notice a foundation crack, or confirm a permit is on file at the City of Saskatoon the way a person on site can.
Where AI genuinely helps is speed: sorting through dozens of listings against your criteria, drafting a list of inspection questions, or explaining a mortgage term you have not seen before. Where it fails is anything requiring a physical look at a specific property or a legal judgment about a specific contract.
