Housing within Lakeridge, like most Saskatoon neighbourhoods, was not delivered all at once, and homes from different phases of construction sit alongside one another today. Lot size, layout and original build quality all vary within the same few blocks.
Renovation history widens that spread further. A home with an updated kitchen, a finished basement built with a permit and newer mechanical systems is simply not the same asset as a similar-looking house that has had none of that work done, even though both would show identical square footage on paper.
