Verified matters more than the raw count. A verified Google review is tied to an account with real activity behind it, which is why a smaller number of verified reviews is generally more trustworthy than a large unverified count that could include people who never actually worked with the agent.
The most current and accurate number is the one shown live on the profile itself, viewable any time in 2026 or later, rather than a figure repeated secondhand on a third-party page that may not have been updated recently.
