A property tax bill is calculated on 80 percent of your assessed value, so an error there is worth checking too, and payment arrangements are far easier to negotiate on a balance that is a few months old than on one that has been sitting unpaid for years.
Check your title periodically too, particularly before you plan to sell, since a registration you did not know about, from a past owner or an old dispute, can surface during a buyer's title search and delay closing until it is cleared with a lawyer.
