Separately, the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission keeps disciplinary records, worth checking even for an agent whose licence is currently active and in good standing.
Consistency matters more than a single good year. An agent who closed several sales when the market was hot but has gone quiet since tells a different story than one with steady closings through slower months, and it is a fair question to ask directly rather than assume.
