What actually varies between agents is the quality of the listing itself before it syndicates: photography, the written description, pricing accuracy and how quickly showings get scheduled once inquiries come in from any of those hundred-plus sites. A well-prepared listing on the standard feed will outperform a poorly prepared one on the same hundred sites every time.
